This PR does several things:

  • Deprecates the old 'CASA PPV' data factory
  • Implements a new data factory based on the spectral-cube package, which does all the heavy lifting
  • Add support for passing SpectralCube and StokesSpectralCube objects to qglue
  • Adds tests
  • Refactor qglue parsers into a proper registry

Fixes #924

(this is being done in the context of an STScI DADF forum)
