…adding several datasets with the same shape. The merge window should now also include the dataset being added (so that *all* datasets with the same shape are shown). Also make sure all components are named sensibly rather than having one being named PRIMARY and the others by the name of the files (when using FITS files). Finally, make sure that the merge mechanism is also triggered when opening files from the command-line.
… they don’t want to merge some of the datasets.

Not 100% sure how to reproduce this, but seems to happen when loading data through the UI not command-line.- fixed with code attached.
