It provides a web interface for pom-ng. If you prefer a console interface, see pom-ng-console.
Those files are completely static and are made to be served by pom-ng itself. Copy them to pom-ng_prefix/pom-ng-webui/ and connect to http://host:8080/. This will usually be /usr/local/share/pom-ng/pom-ng-webui/ or /usr/share/pom-ng/pom-ng-webui/.
