  • Remove supporting docs files (config + docusaurus framework)
  • Add .github/workflow action

@albttx I believe this PR is just waiting for a workflow to be added to the monorepo then we can relocate the Docusaurus framework files. Or is there only one workflow needed as introduced by your PR in the new docs repo?
