"Run as System Process" for CL clients (both Beacon Node and Validator)

Objective

• Consensus Layer clients should have section for Running as a System Process
  • See @alebanzas's section for Lighthouse in interactive guide
  • (Optional) Guide user on how to find out their architecture, OS etc?
  • Downloading the correct client release (and unzipping, etc)
  • Running it (include recommended flags, should be roughly similar to Dockerfile's set of flags)
• Sections
  • For Step 3: Beacon Node
  • For Step 4: Run a Validator
