go-redis库的 v9 版本已经发布超过半年，如asynq,gocache等社区热门的组件库也都已经将 redis 升级到了 v9 版本。本次提交将
go-eagle中使用的go-redis库升级到 v9 版本，以避免与其他使用 v9 版本的组件库共同使用时发生依赖冲突。
