I think there could be a max-height with overflow scroll.

Maybe it can be fine tuned by the Popper options: https://atomiks.github.io/tippyjs/v6/all-props/#popperoptions

For the "outside screen" issue, I think a solution to make it scrollable as soon as popper sees it does not have enough space on top or bottom would be needed, so this is a bit tricky. If we get it to work, we could apply it to all tippies I guess.

Just a question, is it possible to use dropdown menu instead of tippy, if we want to make a GitHub like ui for this?
