I think algora.io is a good choice.

I'm not a contributor, but polar.sh could be another alternative. Not sure how popular it is, but it is currently used by the SerenityOS project to fund their issues (they also have a repository here).

@denyskon a good way to evaluate it's to run some live tests to see the full experience. I also think that we don't necessarily need to be limited to one.
