edit file via browser time zone is wrong

Description

Hi, both the OS time and the time zone are correct, but when I edit file via the web browser(IE and Chrome), the timestamp’s time zone is wrong. But the home page is correct . My timezone is +8, but upload file or edit file via browser the timezone is -6, how to solve it？Thank you！
