In other places for ssh key writing (RewriteAllPrincipalKeys / appendAuthorizedKeysToFile, etc), the directory will still be created when updating the keys. This PR will resolve the confusing and annoying problem: the dummy and empty ".ssh" directory in new git home.

In other places for ssh key writing (RewriteAllPrincipalKeys / appendAuthorizedKeysToFile, etc), the directory will still be created when updating the keys.
