  • fix cmake project on linux dedicate cmake project to mingw build system, it's a struggle to build some of the dependencies on MSVC.
  • get cmake project to build on windows
  • had to migrate to std::filesystem to make the mingw build sane
  • TODO: write python script to automate windows build setup
