Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to Groups, then Add New

Expected Behavior

Settings form appears

Actual Behavior

Settings form is stripped

This issue has been recreated:

  • Locally
  • On a staging site
  • On a production website
  • With only LifterLMS and a default theme
