Scene tree drag&drop does not work after delay #91270

This should fix the issue #91254

The other problem I discovered while testing this fix was when to drag&drop was canccelled (ex: escape key while dragging), the inspected node was replaced by the hover node. Looking at the code, I think that was not the intended behavior.

Another fix was already done almost at the same time! I'm closing this PR.
