This file is used to store build instructions for the Kate editor.

Just FYI, you can put your platform/editor specific ignore settings in a global gitignore file (via git's core.excludesFile option).

@timothyqiu I'm aware. Still, our gitignore already specify files from various IDEs, including Kate itself.
