fix: healthcheck middleware not working with route group (#2863)

* fix: healthcheck middleware not working with route group

* perf: change verification method to improve perf

* Update healthcheck_test.go

* test: add not matching route test for strict routing

* add more test cases

* correct tests

* correct test helpers
