What this PR does / why we need it:
FeatureSet should be updated by SpecService in Core when a new Feature/Entity spec with new constraints are applied. However, currently the
equalitycomparison inFieldclass does not check for differences in constraints. This PR adds that additional checks.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
