go.talks/present: infinite loop with last line as list element

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a presentation where the last line is a list element
1.1 attached "test.slide" is an example of such presentation
2. Run present
3. Open that presentation

What is the expected output?
Error or show the slideshow.

What do you see instead?
CPU at 100%, memory use starts increasing and program doesn't finish.

Which compiler are you using (5g, 6g, 8g, gccgo)?
6g

Which operating system are you using?
Windows 7 64bit

Which version are you using?  (run 'go version')
go1.0.3

Also, adding an new line to the end of the file "fixes" the problem.

The problem is that Lines.next() in parse.go does not always increment the line index. 
This means after lines.next(), lines.back() Lines.line won't be always the same.
