x/tools/telemetry/cmd/stacks: record current pattern in each new issue note #71643

Open

Description

@adonovan

Like the watchflakes command, stacks creates new notes on issues that match a pattern in the issue body (first note). The pattern may be edited at any time. However, unlike watchflakes, stacks does not record the current value of the pattern in each new note, meaning that editing the issue body destroys historical information.

Stacks should record the current pattern in each new note.
