Initial release of the Morpheus Azure Backups plugin. This release includes:
- Syncing of Vaults
- Syncing of Backup Jobs (Backup Policies in Azure)
- Syncing of Backup Results (Recovery Points in Azure)
- Add Morpheus managed (newly provisioned or existing) instances to Azure backup jobs
- Initiate on-demand backups of Morpheus instances
- Initiate in-place or new instance restores from an instance backup
