This adds a modest overview of how Teeline was created as well as where it sits in the wider history of shorthand. Nothing groundbreaking but felt like a nice way to ease into the nuts and bolts of how it works.
With one eye on fleshing out the syllabus proper (#195) the addition was also a nice way to get reacquainted with how the /learn section works.
