Slightly nasty logic to use versions of 1, 6, and 7 without circles around them when they're digits in a larger number

This adds number outlines to the SVG store and core outlines data of the website, as well as a section in the learning material.
When numbers have more than one digit, the circles around 1, 6, and 7 don't feature.
Possibly a case to be made for recognising words of numbers (e.g. 'five') but that's a change for another time.
