Makes further inroads on #195 by making a couple of modest additions to the learning 'syllabus'.
Includes adjustments to card and syllabus links styling so hopefully pages will sit a little nicer on smaller screens:
Before cards would just stack. Adjusting min widths so allow for two to sit side by side feels nicer.
