YOLO mode is disabled after exiting Plan mode

What happened?

I launched the gemini cli with YOLO mode enabled. It functions correctly at first, but if I enter "Plan mode" and then exit back to the normal prompt, YOLO mode is automatically disabled. From that point on, every tool execution requires explicit user permission instead of running automatically.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the YOLO mode setting to persist after entering and exiting Plan mode. Tools should continue to execute automatically without requiring manual approval, just as they did before entering Plan mode.

FYI - @Manik-Khajuria-5 I have already raise PR changes to fix this.

This is fixed in #19570 where we removed EnterPlanMode tool from YOLO mode
