Cleanup suppressed unsafe assignments

Hi @gundermanc , can I help on this issue?

I have checked that we have 4 files in packages/a2a-server, 26 files in packages/cli, 36 files in packages/core, 2 files in packages/devtools, 1 file in packages/sdk, 1 file in packages/vscode-ide-companion and was thinking to do it in phases (i.e. per package basis).

I am thinking to fix it by using zod to do the runtime validation (using safeParse() instead of doing typeof check manually, for example) . Thoughts?

@gundermanc There are multiple files with @typescript-eslint/no-unsafe-assignment, my approach is to raise commit for each directory.
The directories include @typescript-eslint/no-unsafe-assignment are -

1. packages/a2a-server/src
2. packages/cli/src
3. packages/core/src
4. packages/devtools
5. packages/sdk/src
6. packages/vscode-ide-companion/src

So I'll be raising total of 6 commits for each directory to make your review easier and directory specific with exactly fixing @typescript-eslint/no-unsafe-assignment as mentioned in issue title.
