Change the hotkey to cancel ongoing Gemini call from ESC to ^C on Linux and Mac #4353

Description

@wtanaka

What would you like to be added?

In Linux and in Mac terminals, ^C may be a more natural keybinding for canceling an ongoing Gemini call than ESC. ESC is easy to generate in the terminal accidentally with different intentions than canceling the current task. One example: screen uses it to enter "copy mode" and it is easy to mis-time the keyboard sequence and accidentally send an escape through to Gemini. Or, if you are used to https://stackoverflow.com/a/5542996 or are a vim user, ESC is never as destructive as canceling an ongoing operation.

Why is this needed?

I have accidentally sent an escape into the terminal a few times, canceling an ongoing Gemini call.
