Code Review
This pull request refactors the docs/sidebar.json file to support a multi-sidebar navigation structure for the documentation website. The changes introduce a new top-level grouping for tabs like 'Docs', 'Reference', 'Resources', and 'Releases', and correctly moves the existing sidebar sections under these new tabs. The new structure is consistent and appears to be well-tested, as mentioned in the pull request description. I have reviewed the changes and found no issues. The refactoring is clean and achieves the stated goal of reorganizing the navigation.
