Use preview release in dogfooding to test out upcoming releases

Today, we dogfood the latest release. This means that we catch issues in non-interactive mode only when it gets released to production.

We should update our dogfooding workflows to use the preview releases so we can validate changes, and patch any issues before the preview is promoted to latest.

The example workflows should continue to use the latest releases.

Hello! I'm here to help with updating the dogfooding workflows to use the preview release.

Problem
The project's dogfooding workflows are currently using the latest release of the run-gemini-cli action. This means that any issues with upcoming releases are only caught after they are promoted to latest. The goal is to update the dogfooding workflows to use the preview release instead, to allow for testing and patching before a full release. The example workflows, however, should continue to use the latest release.

Current State
The repository contains several workflow files in .github/workflows that use the run-gemini-cli action. These are the 'dogfooding' workflows. An examples directory also exists, which likely contains the 'example' workflows. All of these workflows currently point to google-github-actions/run-gemini-cli@main, which corresponds to the latest release.

My Plan

• Identify the dogfooding workflows in .github/workflows.
• Update the dogfooding workflows to use google-github-actions/run-gemini-cli@preview.
• Verify that the example workflows in the examples directory are not affected and continue to use the latest release.
• Create a pull request with the updated workflows. (Blocked by permissions)

I have made the necessary changes to the workflow files, but I am unable to create a pull request due to permission issues. The changes need to be applied manually. You can find the changes in the branch gemini/fix-274
