To access models and datasets from Hugging Face :)

e.g.

>>> list(epath.Path("hf://datasets/google/frames-benchmark").glob("*"))
[PosixGPath('hf://datasets/google/frames-benchmark/.gitattributes'),
 PosixGPath('hf://datasets/google/frames-benchmark/README.md'),
 PosixGPath('hf://datasets/google/frames-benchmark/test.tsv')]

note that it requires disabling tf for epath
