Need a Better Default Context Selection

The UI currently selects the "All Contexts" as the default (with a minor caveat if there is only one context). This is typically not at all the best view. GAPIS needs to tell the UI which contexts are "interesting" and which one to select by default.

Maybe give each context a wheight/interest score, allowing the UI to reorder the contexts, putting un-interesting ones at the bottom?
