PackageGetAllVersionsis now divided intoListPackageVersionsandListUserPackageVersions.PackageGetAllVersionshandles two endpoints one of them doesn't support pagination acc to docs also its Iterator doesn't get generated because its method name does not containListas prefix.ListPackageVersionsdocsListUserPackageVersionsdocsUpdates : #3976
