Pull request for the Elixir Hex packages extractor.
Implemented:

  • Extractor implementation;
  • Unit test implementation:
  • Integration of the extractor in the main tool;

We also chose to edit and move the extractFromInput function to a shared library such as /extractor/filesystem/language/erlang/mixlockutils so that both Erlang and Elixir extractors can call it since they process the same mix.lock file.
