Extra Data Collection Declarations

This release adds the ability for experimenters to declare that during the experiment they will collect extra data types. Previously, we showed the data types collected in the Informed Consent screen based on the experiment configuration, but, now that we have custom rendering and the ability to edit the experiment via js, we need to show the user that these other types of data are being collected.
