I've created lib/sanitizer_common/sanitizer_common_interceptors.h  (llvm r169966)
which should be used in asan/tsan/msan
Please add interceptors there, unless the interceptor is tool-specific.

Done lots here. Let's open separate bugs if we need more interceptors. (or just implement them)
