This PR makes coherent the meaning of
wdayargument intick_calendar(), with the numbering incalendar_day_of_week(). The former was usingwday=0for Sundays (C++ convention) instead ofwday=0for Mondays (python'sdatetime.weekdayconvention).(Apparently, when I implemented
tick_calendarI just assumed that the C++ and python conventions were the same 🤷♂️)
