OK I went through the last 12 commits, with the last one being the final one from Thursday:

$ git log ee6df9241065e7dd8a768a7f48d2385ccace1fff^ -1
commit ceb299d852ebef7df61d5abaa8a7c2bdb3bc048b
Author: travis-ci <travis@travis-ci.org>
Date:   Wed Sep 21 21:15:54 2016 +0000

    Update docs after merge to master.

I only found one bad commit, so hopefully reverting that will be fine:

Looking at index.html history "confirms" this was the only bad commit:
https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-python/commits/gh-pages/index.html

and also the only modified or deleted file in that commit was index.html

$ git show 78152d9b063ce4dcaaa447bd8887df05cb88e2d3 --name-status | grep -e '^D'
Date:   Thu Sep 22 17:54:54 2016 +0000
$ git show 78152d9b063ce4dcaaa447bd8887df05cb88e2d3 --name-status | grep -e '^M'
M       index.html
