I tested the changes by running the following commands
docker build -f docker/owlbot/python/Dockerfile -t testmultiplecodeowners .in this branchdocker run --user $(id -u):$(id -g) --rm -v $(pwd):/repo -w /repo testmultiplecodeownersin the branch from PR chore: synchronize with Python templates python-bigquery-magics#6 which has multiple codeowners
