Synchronizes bug tracking systems to omnifocus.

* Pluggable to work with multiple bug tracking systems (BTS).
* Creates projects in omnifocus if needed.
* Creates tasks for multiple projects in omnifocus.
* Marks tasks complete if they've been closed in the BTS.
