MongoDB.Driver v2.28.0 has been released:

It now provides strong-named assemblies. This pull request updates the dependencies.
The fact that Hangfire.Mongo still depends on < 2.28.0, which are not signed, causes me to not be able to update MongoDB.Driver in projects that also use Hangfire.Mongo.
