- Rename of dictionaries related to copies. Rename image copies -> texel copies gpuweb#4838
- GPUPipelineLayoutDescriptor.bindGroupLayouts can contain nulls. Allow empty bindGroupLayouts in GPUPipelineLayoutDescriptor gpuweb#4946
- New vertex formats. Add 1-component vertex formats and unorm8x4-bgra gpuweb#4951
