feature request: option to align zero line on left/right y-axis (when using two y-axis) #2740

Somewhat related, but additionally, the 2nd Y-Axis major lines should probably line up with the first Y-Axis major lines.. Currently they only line up at the top and bottom of graph |

Quite surprised to see that this has been open for over two years, this is making it much harder to read the charts. |
This probably needs to be checked against v5, but I don't have an instance handy. @bergquist , do you know if that's in v5? |

I would like a checkbox or something that forces the two zero lines from the left y-axia and the right y-axis to be co-linear (matching horizontally).
This way you can use auto min/max y-axis on both sides and zero will coincide (without having to set same min/max on both axis options manually).
You otherwise end up with situations such as the attached graph, which seem like a bug (though i'm told it's not).
