Grafana Mimir does not send metrics instantly to s3 #8771

Metric blocks are stored for a while in the ingester to be sent to s3. I would like to know if there is any parameter for it to send them instantly. I saw that in Loki there are some parameters related to this, such as:

No, that's not how Mimir works. Mimir buffers data on local nodes for up to 3 hours, and only then build blocks and uploads them to cloud storage. The data can be queried via API immediately. |

No, that's not how Mimir works. Mimir buffers data on local nodes for up to 3 hours, and only then build blocks and uploads them to cloud storage.
The data can be queried via API immediately.
