What this PR does:
getLocationSrv()and instead rely onlocationServicequeryto props, now no longer will be marked as deprecated as we pass these props inGrafanaPluginRootPage- fetch query params through helper instead of relying on deprecatedquerypropPageErrorHandlingWrapperto prevent NPE within children
