This also requires Gradle version to be upgraded to above 5 since grails-gradle-plugin 4.0.0 uses Groovy 2.5.x features.

This PR upgrades to the GA release of Grails. Changes include
Upgrade Grails to 4.0.0
Handle - Hibernate 5 GORM plugin is now versioned independently from GORM version
Upgrade Hibernate dependency
Upgrade Gradle version: This is required since grails-gradle-plugin requires Gradle 5( actually assumes the availability of Groovy 2.5)
