When I started linking payday tickets to the previous one, I went back and fixed up the links back through payday 99 or 100. Just now I got in a groove and linked the rest up back through Gittip #7, which is the earliest payday ticket I could find.

In spelunking on #308, I rediscovered this gem: gratipay/gratipay.com#58. That's where I logged the first time we went out of business, when Samurai dropped us on our faces in week 2. gratipay/gratipay.com#67 ended up with a lot more traction, but 58 has interesting details that didn't make it to 67.

OK, what happens to my balance if by the deadline I create a new team, and as that team's admin and sole member, have not created a payout route with PayPal, and Dwolla is not yet available?

Ratio of active teams to total approved teams is 58/91 (64%). Ideally we'd want this as close to 100% as possible.
