This PR proposes upgrading
pydata-sphinx-themeto version 0.15.2.The update includes a change that was built into
_vendor/pydata_sphinx_theme-0.15.1-py3-none-any.whl. Now that the change is upstream, there's no need to include the wheel in our repo.The update also seems to address #871 by pulling in an upstream fix.
