1.3 Release

After a long time, there is a new release of chkboot:

• Changed hash from sha256 to sha512
• We no longer get the inode and block size in the list
• A fix was made to chkboot update where it would fail
• Two new pacman hooks were added to run chkboot before and after a package make changes to /boot

This release introduces the desktop alert script so it can be included in any desktop environment or window manager initialization, to warn about changes.

Release version 1.1 so it can be used on top of the old chkboot package

This is the first release of the new chkboot. Right now it has only one bugfix, and this tag was created so the package could be updated on the AUR.
