No longer unsuspends when viewed

The "Automatically unsuspend tab when it is viewed" suddenly no longer works.

It's the same here although sometimes it works.
It happened after my screen showed an "update" to the program.
It works when clicking the tab but not after closing the previous tab, then the new tab that emerges, stays suspended.
