EDIT: do NOT USE IT, if you have some files in "/system/vendor/overlays" in your ROM. They would be gone after the installation. Sorry :-(

This TWRP flashable zip installs UnifiedNlp BESIDE Gapps (if installed). It also installs a needed RRO (Runtime Overlay) to make this work and an ADDON.D Script to survive OTA updates.
It uses UnifiedNlp 1.6.8 (https://f-droid.org/repo/org.microg.nlp_20187.apk)
the overlay build from https://github.com/greenflash1986/UnifiedNlpOverlay
and the scripts from https://github.com/WeAreFairphone/flashable-zip_microG to build the flashable zip.
Current state
Tested on Android 9 - Pie with TWRP 3.4.0-1
Instructions
Put this zip file on your SD-Card and boot into recovery mode of TWRP. Install via "Install", select the zip and install. Reboot.
UnifiedNlp should be ready to go, but you need to configure at least one Locationbackend. (see https://github.com/microg/UnifiedNlp#usage)
