Rain Cell Ientification and Tracking algorithm with Python (pyRCIT) based on weather radar data(DWD dx product and CINRAD C band base data). Additionally, the Variational Echo Tracking algorithm (VET) is borrowed in order to compare the extrpolation methods based on the RCIT algorithm.
