`export GO111MODULE=on`を例えば.bashrcなどに設定しておいて 常にONにした状態だと、`go get`を実行した際に カレントディレクトリにgo.modファイルが存在しないか検査するように go getの挙動が変化する。 コマンドとしてインストールしたいときにこの挙動をされると困るため 一時的にoffにしてインストールする方法について記載した。

depは公式が開発しているパッケージ管理ツール🔧ですが、
個人的おすすめ♥としてgo version11からgoコマンドに組み込まれている
go modを使うように設定を変更しました😃😁❣export GO111MODULE=onで環境変数をセットした状態でgo buildすればパッケージ管理に必要なgo.modとgo.sumファイルが自動で生成されます。
しかしながら、depでもパッケージ管理可能ですし、
greymdさんがそちらを好んで❤使用しているなど、理由がありましたら
PRはリジェクトしてくださって結構です。
